Julie Boucher is a Masters student in political science from Laval University. Her research focuses on the understanding of intergovernmental partnerships between Indigenous and local governments. Julie is a member of the Centre interuniversitaire d’études et de recherches autochtones de l’Université Laval (CIERA), and also research assistant for the Northern Sustainable Development Research Chair since September 2017. She intends to use her knowledge and background to improve the political knowledge on Canada’s First Nations.
