Nicholas is a second-year student at Carleton University pursuing a doctorate in Public Policy. He is originally from Zambia where he has worked in the health sector at the local, provincial, and National levels in the Human Resources Management department linking population health needs to health human resources planning.

Nicholas’ research experience includes working with the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council (HQC) and the Canadian Center for the Study of Co-operatives. He has a passion for studying the effects of institutions – formal and informal – on human behavior as well as on growth and development.
